The One Hundred Wise Women program has a simple but powerful vision – to help rising women leaders in Greater Cincinnati make meaningful connections with some of our community’s most accomplished women. Cincinnati is indeed fortunate to have many distinguished and accomplished women in the business and civic community, across diverse careers and backgrounds. We are doubly fortunate that so many of these women leaders are willing to give of their time to host our quarterly networking breakfasts.

Unlike many networking events, our breakfasts are by invitation only and have no formal program; they merely provide a comfortable setting for conversation among the Wise Women and the rising women leaders on a variety of topics related to career and personal development. Since the program began in 2004, two hundred Wise Women have shared their accumulated experience, perspectives, and insights with almost 1000 guests. The Wise Women are the source of the program’s success.
